Lieutenant Mike Kaleta is given the responsibility with Sergeant Williams to track down a child rapist.
The deeper into the investigation the more problems that seem to surface stopping them from finding out the truth.
I wasn't sure when I started reading this that I could cope with the attitude of the Chief of Police Ringman, but thankfully he wasn't the main policeman in the story and then the story just pulled me in with some good rounded characters that kept me interested right to the end.
